The wine is straw-yellow color.
Taste wine elegant, well-balanced, with lemon, orange and mineral tones, delicious acidity and a long finish.
The wine has a refreshing, harmonious aroma with notes of green apple, supplemented with mineral tones and nuances of the morning dew.
The wine is recommended to serve with seafood, fish, white meat, rice, cheese. Particularly well as an aperitif or in combination with lobster.
Interesting Facts
"El Palomar" Albarino - magical white wine made from grapes Albariño, growing on one of the oldest vineyards in the Rias Baixas - El Palomar. The average age of the vines is 150 years old. Granite soil of the vineyard with shallow roots that penetrate deep into the rock, give the wine a distinctive mineral character. Hand harvesting takes place in late August. The berries are sorted, destebliruyut and subjected to soft pressing. Wort passes malolactic fermentation, and then alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels Vosges. Wine is aged for 9 months. Potential wine "El Palomar" Albarino is 5-10 years.
