Wine rich purple color.
The taste of wine is soft, with medium acidity and well-structured tannins, notes of plum and charred wood. The finish is long and harmonious.
The aroma is dominated by bright notes of plums, black berries, cherries and raspberries, the nuances of roasted cocoa beans, graphite, exotic herbs.
The wine goes well with dishes of lamb, spicy dishes of beef, grilled chicken, duck or veal.

Producer's description
Small winery Yatir was founded in 2000 as a joint venture winegrowers area Judean Hills and the winery Carmel Winery. Yatir Winery is located in the northeastern part of the Negev desert. The building was constructed at the foot of the famous archaeological site of Tel Arad with the ruins of the Canaanite city 3000 years ago. Vineyards Company broken at high altitudes, in cool climates, a ten minute drive from the south of the Judean Hills.
