Wine Wild Rock, "Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc, 2013
Reviews of purchase Wild Rock, "Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc, 2013
Wine pale greenish straw color.
Juicy, elegant, refined taste of the wine is filled with notes of citrus, flowers and herbs. Aftertaste - clean, energetic and dry.
The aroma of wine with notes of spring flowers, meadow grass, lemongrass, spices and minerals.
Wine is served as an aperitif, goes well with salads and seafood.
"Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc is a blend in which the dominant class Sauvignon Blanc added a small proportion of Viognier and Riesling collected in the area of Marlborough. In contrast to the pure New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, which is characterized by notes of herbal flavors and aromas blend "Eleveyshn" demonstrates the rich and refreshing fruit and citrus tones and light acidity. Great wine as an aperitif and is recommended for seafood.
