Wine Wild Rock, "Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc, 2012
Reviews of purchase Wild Rock, "Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc, 2012
Wine transparent golden-green color.
Rounded and refreshing taste of wine contains bright tones of grapefruit, lime, apple and peach. Aftertaste - nice and dry.
The wine has a clean citrus-fruit aroma, complemented by notes of spices and herbs.
Recommended wine as an aperitif, served with salads and seafood.
"Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc is a blend in which the dominant class Sauvignon Blanc added a small proportion of Viognier and Riesling collected in the area of Marlborough. In contrast to the pure New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, which is characterized by notes of herbal flavors and aromas blend "Eleveyshn" demonstrates the rich and refreshing fruit and citrus tones and light acidity. Great wine as an aperitif and is recommended for seafood.
