Tasting Notes
The wine is light straw color.
Invigorating, complex flavor of the wine from the first seconds mesmerizing extraordinary courage palette. Shades of ripe fruit, grapefruit, green apple, melon and quince notes underlined minerals. The wine has good acidity.
The aroma of wine - fresh, cool, filled with fruity tones of apple and melon and mineral nuances.

"Weisser Schiefer" - fresh, crisp wine comes from the famous wine region of Austria - Burgenland. Varieties Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner Vayssburgunder and grow in a sunny warm climate on the rich shale, iron and clay soils of the southern region. Fermentation of grapes was carried out in large oak casks, followed by the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees for 11 months. Before bottling the wine is not filtered. Growing grapes for Uwe Schiefer - a natural process that requires adherence to the canons of nature and, for the most part, prohibiting any interference with the sacrament produce a crop.
