Inspired by the freshness and flavor of white grapes, winemakers company Pfafl created great wine "Wien. 1". Traditional Austrian Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Grüner Veltliner grown on a picturesque plateau near Vienna, which offers wonderful views of the Austrian capital. The average age of the vines is 21 years, grows grapes on sandy soils. 2013 in the vineyards Pfafl characterized by heavy snowfalls in winter, wet, but hot summers and fantastically warm autumn. These weather conditions allowed the grapes to find amazing juiciness and flavor. After manual harvesting the grapes exposed tumble dry using a pneumatic press. Family winery Weingut R & A Pfaffl has 30-year history. At one time Adelgeyd and Roman Pfafl from parents went to the land where the grapes were grown apart from other crops. From 1978 to the present, the territory of vineyards on the estate has increased four times, but other than vines are the same as 30 years ago, potatoes, beets, sunflowers and other vegetables.
