Way Fine & Provin, Tokaji Harslevelu - semisweet Tokaj wine from Hungarian grapes of Harshlevelu variety. Its name in translation means "leaf of a linden tree", as in a taste and aroma of wine from it there are shades of colors of a linden. Tokaj Harshlevelu is characterized by a light floral aroma and pleasant taste with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. This wine is in harmony with lean meat dishes with poultry, sweets and fruits.
Way Fine & Provin, a Hungarian winery, is located in the town of Kascantia in copper Bach-Kiskun (copper is a Hungarian equivalent of the county). It owns vineyards in the Great Southern Plain, in the Tokay region, as well as off the banks of the Danube and the Tisza. Mount Tokai and the nearby vineyards in 2002 were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Here, on fertile volcanic soils, the company grows grapes of sorts Furmint, White Muscat, Harshlevel, from which makes the famous Tokay wine.
The Wei Fine & Provin plant is based in the city of Taia in Tokaj-Hedyalya. It is here that fresh grapes are cleaned, processed and fermented, resulting in beautiful, bright, pleasant wines.
