Vina Zorzal, "Corral de los Altos" is the second wine of the farm, created from the Garnacha variety. Grapes are grown on stony soils of a site located on top of a high plateau. Vinification involves alcoholic fermentation in 2000-liter wooden containers and malolactic fermentation. The wine lasts for nine months in 225-liter barrels of French oak already used for aging.
The harvest of 2014 experts call very successful, its collection began on September 13 and lasted until October 2.
