Reviews of purchase Vina Chocalan, "Vitrum" Malbec, 2015
Wine beautiful bright purple.
The wine has an intense, rich taste with notes of blackberry, raspberry, plum, cherry, spice and a soft, velvety aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is fresh, floral, with juicy tones of dark berries, spices, vanilla and oak.
The wine goes well with red meat, game, lamb, stews and cheeses.
Dry red wine Vina Chocalan "Vitrum" Malbec created from Malbec grapes with the addition of a small amount of Syrah grapes. The crop is harvested by hand in the first week of April, pressed and placed in steel tanks, where fermentation is carried out for 10 days at a temperature of 8 ° C. After that, the wine is aged 14 months aged in French oak barrels. Viña Chokalan, "Vitrum" Malbec combines perfectly with red meat, game, lamb, stews and cheeses.
Vina Chocalan is a family business. It was founded by Guillermo Toro, who was associated with the wine industry for more than 60 years.
