Reviews of purchase Villard Estate, Grand Vin "Le Chardonnay", 2012
Moderate wine is straw-yellow color with golden hues.
The taste of wine a rich, full, with notes of tropical fruit and white peach, oak nuances and a long aftertaste.
The wine has a complex, slightly buttery flavor that combines notes of fruit, oak and roasted hazelnuts.
The wine goes well with white meat, shellfish, oily fish, soft cheeses, seafood, salads and sushi. Wine also can be used as a standalone drink.
Villard Estate Company was founded in 1989 by Frenchman Thierry Villars. The winery is located in Chile, in the valley of Casablanca. It is considered the best place for wine production. During the development of the winery has received worldwide recognition, and its founder, being an expert on aging in barrels of wine, imported oak barrels in the South American wineries.
