Villa Bucci owns nearly 1,000 acres. It is not only vineyards, but also the plantation of sugar beet, corn, wheat, sunflower and olive. Since 2002, all cultures and lands EEC certified as organic, without the use of pesticides and herbicides. At its vineyards Bucci refused to remove old vines, though because of it sharply reduced production and productivity. These vines are cultivated with great care, they produce exceptional grapes and have the highest rating winemakers. The wine is fermented at low temperatures, which are supported in a natural way in the deep cellars of the winery. Shutter speed is held in traditional large Slavonian oak barrels.
