Reviews of purchase "Vidadelsur" Brut Nature, Cava DO
The wine is golden yellow in color.
The taste of the wine is subtle, delicate, well structured, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
The complex, pleasantly intense aroma of the wine is filled with tones of ripe fruit, notes of toasted herbs and aging, as well as light smoky nuances.
The wine is ideal for any dish, as well as cheeses, desserts, and snacks.
"Vidadelsur" Brut Nature is a thin, elegant, well-structured Cava, which has the minimum amount of sugar possible for sparkling wines (1.4 g/l). The Macabeo and Parellada grapes used to make this Cava are collected from the vineyards of the Extremadura region. The wine is produced using the traditional champagne method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in bottles. The wine is aged on its lees in bottles for a minimum of 18 months. "Vidadelsur" Brut Nature is very gastronomic and goes well with almost any hot dishes and snacks, as well as desserts and cheeses.
The name Oliveros has been associated with wine for over 80 years. The history of Bodegas Oliveros dates back to 1940, when Juan Oliveros Perea created the first winery in the county of Huelva, a region on the Atlantic coast of Andalusia, in southern Spain.
From the very beginning, Juan Oliveros was an avant-garde and entrepreneurial man, an innovator in his industry. His passion for winemaking prompted him to build the first bottling plant in the Huelva region. He was followed by his son Jaime Oliveros Macias, perhaps the best oenologist in the area at the time, also at the forefront. In fact, he was the first to install a cold processing plant for young fruit wines at the plant. Already in the 21st century, the third generation took over the management and, with great respect for family traditions, greatly promoted the winery, making it the first to specialize in export and present in more than 20 countries around the world, as well as being the absolute leader in the field of wine tourism in the region.
The secret of the success of Bodegas Oliveros lies in the combination of tradition and new business trends with the sole goal of achieving the highest quality wines. Among the most recognizable brands of the winery are "Oliveros", "Juan Jaime", "Lágrima de Vino Naranja", "Alzamendi" and "Marqués de la Bolita". Thanks to constant innovation, the company is well aware of the changes taking place in the market. The fruit of this is the latest wines produced using modern technologies. Particular mention should be made of the Naranja wine (orange wine), which belongs to the line of sweet wines traditionally produced in the county of Huelva and whose characteristics are refined and unique on the market. This wine is exclusive and is produced under the supervision of the Regulatory Council.
