Interesting Facts
"Viala" Secco Frizzante - light Italian semi-sparkling wine, which is used for the manufacture of wine material from white grapes grown in Italy. Frizzante does not undergo secondary fermentation, unlike other sparkling wines. Upon reaching the required level of alcohol, the primary fermentation is stopped by a sharp decrease in temperature, the wine is filtered and bottled. Thus, it turns out only slightly sparkling, the pressure in the bottle does not exceed 2.5 atmospheres. Frizzante is ideal as an aperitif, as well as paired with light snacks, fruits and desserts.
