Wine Ventisquero, "Grey" Merlot, 2011
Reviews of purchase Ventisquero, "Grey" Merlot, 2011
Wine deep dark cherry color with bluish-red flashes and garnet hues.
Wine with a nice, rounded taste, which are woven shades of cherry, plum, mocha, licorice. Rich and intense taste pleasantly surprised by its fruitiness and elegant. The finish is delicate, velvety.
The aroma of wine captured the nuances of ripe red fruit - plums, cherries, raspberries, mixed with hints of spices (black pepper, cinnamon, vanilla). Also there are shades of oak, damp earth and tobacco.
Wine served with cheese average maturity and soft cheeses, stews, casseroles, spicy dishes, chestnuts, pasta and white meow. Suitable for dishes containing nuts and dried fruits - prunes, figs, walnuts and hazelnuts.
