Wine Valdivieso Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009

Wine "Cabernet Sauvignon" from the series "Varietal Line" reflects the nature of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, characterized by full taste with rich ripe fruit and soft sweet tannins. This is achieved by the perfect ripening of berries and their careful selection. New methods of micro-oxygenation also allow the integration of sweet oak flavors for greater complexity, while the wood shades do not dominate the wine, but perfectly complement the taste. Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 was collected from different vineyards of the Central Valley from 15 to 27 April. The wine was aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. Ageing potential "Cabernet Sauvignon 2009" is 3-5 years.
