Wine of bright ruby color with a purple hue.
The wine has a rounded, harmonious taste with soft tannins and a pleasant aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is filled with intense berry shades.
Wine matches perfectly with pasta with meat sauce and game with grilled vegetables.
Podere Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, 2010 - a slight, young, red fruit wine, not aged in oak barrels. It is made from the Montepulciano grape variety grown in the provinces of Chieti and Teramo Abruzzo. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September - early October. First there is a maceration for 10 days, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation. Extract of wine is carried out in two stages: during 4 months in stainless steel tanks and some more time in the bottle in the cellar of the winery. Wine storage potential is 3-5 years.
