Wine "Txomin Etxaniz" White, 2011
Reviews of purchase "Txomin Etxaniz" White, 2011
Wine pale greenish straw color.
Taste wines young, intense, with excellent depth, shades of citrus and minerals, very good clarity and complexity. The aftertaste has amazing energy and perseverance.
Lively, flexible, mineral aroma of the wine is complemented by hints of lime zest, lemongrass, pine and quinine, the nuances of spring flowers and Mediterranean herbs.
Wine is an excellent aperitif and goes well with tapas, fish and seafood, anchovies, olives, pickled green peppers, tuna in oil, crustaceans and caviar.
