Reviews of purchase "Tinto Pesquera" Reserva, Ribera del Duero DO, 2007, 3 L
Wine of intense cherry red color with subtle violet reflections.
Elegant wine with a dense, warm and mellow taste, reveals notes of ripe black fruit combined with woody notes, followed by an explosion of a surprising combination of bilberry with sour cherries and barely noticeable dark chocolate notes. The wine has a smooth texture, round, silky tannins and a long finish.
Rich and warm, elegant, wonderfully complex and expressive aroma of the wine first disclosed notes of fruit compote and woody, then all its might show tones of red and black fruits, complemented by hints of minerals, spices, lavender shades, tar, smoke, ground coffee, cedar, notes of candied orange peel and balsamic intonations.
Wine is the perfect accompaniment to roasted or grilled red meats, game and mature cheeses.
"Tinto Pesquera" Reserva, 2007 - elegant red wine with an expressive, complex flavor and warm fruit flavor with fine tannin structure. Recommended to decant the wine for half an hour before serving. You can drink now and until 2022.
