The wine has a full, generous taste with notes of ripe fruit, candied cherries, hints of menthol and elegant tannic aftertaste.
The wine has rich, complex flavor, showing shades of fruits, berries and light toast accents in an elegant loop.
The wine goes well with meats, vegetable dishes and red meat, seasoned cheeses.

Chateau Bellevue de Tayac - the result of work by renowned winemaker provocateur Jean-Luc Tyunevana which is famous not only for cooperation with many different domains of France, but also their desire to create a "garage" wines. With extensive experience in the field of winemaking, once Tyunevan decided to establish their own business and together with his wife Mirelle focus on creating wines of exceptional quality. In 2004, he bought the estate Chateau de Bellevue taiyaki Located in the commune Sussans (Margot). Here on 3.5 hectares of vineyards on the clay rich soils cultivated varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Harvested by hand, the fermentation is carried out in steel tanks and aged wine in a completely new oak barrels.
