Wine "The Beast" Shiraz, 2011
Reviews of purchase "The Beast" Shiraz, 2011
The wine is a deep dark purple color.
Wine charms rich, perfectly balanced taste with dense ripe tannins, hints of dark berries and oak and a long, silky finish.
In a complex, intense aromas of wine infused elegant notes of blackberry, plum and nuances of dark chocolate and spices.
This noble wine goes well with red meat, mature cheeses and rich vegetable dishes.
The boutique winery Hentli Farm, located among the rolling hills near the shores of a small river in Greenock Seppeltsfilde belongs to Alyson and Kate Henchshke who follow the best traditions of wine on his estate. The vineyards are located on the western and eastern slopes on red, loamy, well-drained soils of the "Terra Rossa", which create favorable conditions for low yields. Therefore wine Hentli Farm is saturated, aromatic and full-bodied, with great balance and structure. Vineyards, planted mostly Shiraz vines, divided into 10 blocks, each of which is different soil and climatic conditions, clones of grapes and vines garter system that allows to obtain a rich palette of sophisticated wines. In addition to the vineyards of Shiraz grapes are grown, such as Grenache, Sauvignon, Viognier and Zinfandel. Currently winemaker Hentli Farm is Andy Anderson. Annually produces about 3 million bottles of wine.
