The wine is dark black and red.
Delicate taste of wine, fruit, filled with tones of black currant and plum, with hints of toasted oak. The finish is balanced and complex.

The wine goes well with pasta in mushroom sauce, risotto, mature cheeses, pate, roast pork and beef dishes.
Grapes for blended wine "Cabernet Carmenere 2009" grown on vines with low yield vineyards El Carmen and Peteroa. Thanks to the hot summer and warm autumn, the grapes reached full maturity, and the wine in the future has become bright red fruit character. After a five-day cold maceration, the wine fermentation took place on the skin for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees. Part of the wine - 25% - to withstand six months in American oak barrels, which has enriched its nuances toasted oak.
