Tasting Notes
The wine has a dark garnet color with crimson trim around the edge.
In a complex but harmonious taste wine with good acidity and velvety tannins dominate muted tones of ripe cherry and black fruit combined with hints of leather, tobacco and spices.
Elegant bouquet of wine presented a wonderful combination of flavors of red and black fruit with hints of southern spices.

Interesting Facts
Original wine "Bricco Ambrogio" is called the vineyard of the same name, which has south-western exposure and is located at an altitude of 250-280 meters above sea level in the vicinity of the village almost unknown Roddy in Barolo. Tenute Bosco is located on the slopes of Mount Etna. The winery owns 2 estates - Piano dei Daini in Solicchiata and Santo Spirito in Passopisciaro. The total area of the vineyards is 10 hectares, 4 of them are planted with old, pre-phylloxical vines, whose age reaches 120 years.
In early 2010, Sofia Bosco, together with her husband, began to restore estates. Respect for the local terroir, the revival of traditions and the application of modern methods of production are the main components in the production of high quality wines.
