Tenuta delle Terre Nere, Etna Bianco DOC, 2012 - a delightful, energetic cuvee with a refreshing fruity taste and superb flavor, born at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily. Wine swallow you in an easy dance and carry on the sunny coast of Italy. Before serving, aeration is recommended for 4-6 hours.
Harvest for Etna Bianco is grown in the commune Rondatstso, at the foot of Mount Etna, at an altitude of 600-900 meters above sea level. For the manufacture of Etna Bianco use local autochthonous grape varieties: Carricante, Katarrato, Grekaniko and Inzolia (or Minella). Harvesting takes place in early October. Berries gently squeeze and fermented at low temperatures in special stainless steel tanks. Wine stand 8 months in steel tanks.
