Wine rich ruby color.

Tenuta Cantagallo, Chianti - dry red wine that is produced from famous grape Sangiovese. His crop harvested in mid-October at the time of full maturity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature. Then the wine is placed in a large French oak barrels Allier and maintained for 4 months.
