Telish, Merlo, 2010 - red dry wine that represents the finest traditions of Bulgarian wine. Merlot grapes grown in the southern region of Bulgaria - in the Thracian valley. This area is characterized by a temperate continental climate, good distribution of rainfall throughout the year and protected from cold winds from the north of the Balkan mountains. In the vineyards dominate the sandy and clay-limestone soil. Grown in favorable conditions, mild winters, gentle spring and hot summer Merlot is harvested by hand. Grapes subjected to alcoholic fermentation with a special temperature-controlled bulk tank (60 m³), followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.

Telish winery was built in late 1960, but his new story began in 1999 when the owner of the winery became Yair Agopyan. Focusing on the active development of the enterprise, he began to introduce innovative technologies, improving the plant's output, dividing it more attractive to the consumer. In 2002, the winery Telish has been recognized for "honest" wine, as the enterprise is constantly evolving and is making every effort to maintain its ranking in the eyes of customers.
