Wine Tedeschi, "La Fabriseria", Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore
Reviews of purchase Tedeschi, "La Fabriseria", Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore
The wine is a deep, clear ruby red color.
Taste wine sufficiently concentrated, dense, with well-balanced tannin structure, lively acidity, in equilibrium with the fruity sweetness, long, persistent and elegant aftertaste.
The characteristic flavor of the wine combines notes of plums, currants, black cherries, minerals and essential shades and nuances of vanilla, pepper, honey and beeswax.
The wine goes well with red meat, game, with the non-fatty dry and mature cheeses.
Tedeschi family for many years worked to improve the quality of its wines and the opportunity to express them in the relations between the autochthonous vines and terroir. That's why red wine "La Fabriseria" Valpolicella Classico Superiore, originally manufactured more international style (with the addition of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon), has been completely redesigned, and is now a wine in typical style Tedeschi, based on the deep roots of winemaking Valpolicella region. The blend consists of four local wine grape varieties - Corvina, Korvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta. Blend fairly traditional, but it is interesting because, first, collected from one vineyard "Fabriseria", located in the Valpolicella Classico zone, and secondly, that the crop to produce this wine harvested slightly overripe, later than usual. Yields vines is very low, such as for the manufacture of a great Amarone. The wine is aged exclusively in oak barrels for two years.
"La Fabrizeriya" Valpolicella Classico Superiore today - a great and important wine, which the family Tedeschi entrusts the task of telling the world about the beauty of the Valpolicella region. At the peak of ripeness vintage 2011 will be in the period from 2014 to 2020.
According to the Gambero Rosso wine critic, Tedeschi not follow any fashion, either the dictatorship of the market, but are looking for ways to work on his magnificent vineyards and the winery, to consistently bring in wine, along with traditional power, more elegance and sophistication inherent terroir grapes of Valpolicella. Therefore, their wines are always rich, meaty and very tasty.
