Reviews of purchase Tedeschi, "Capitel Monte Olmi", Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico Riserva, 2007
Wine is a very intense ruby red color.
Powerful, rich, silky taste of wine has an impressive balance, fine tannic structure, a good level of acidity, shows a tone of black cherries and prunes, raisins nuances, chestnut and clove. Long, lingering aftertaste remains hints of black cherry and plum.
The aroma of the wine clearly seen notes of prunes, raisins and dark cherries, and also present more subtle shades of candied citrus peel, strawberries, figs and tobacco smoke.
The best combination of wine to be venison, red meat and mature cheeses.
The wine is produced by classical technology for Amarone from the dried for 4 months under certain conditions of humidity grapes.
