Interesting Facts
Dry red wine Tamari, Malbec comes from Argentina - namely, the famous wine region of Mendoza. Here, in the foothills of the Andes, on the high plateau successfully cultivated black Malbec grapes imported from France in the XVI century. Currently in Mendoza is the most demanded type of grape, through which over the past decade, Argentina regained its status as a leading producer of quality wines from the New World.
The most important aspect of good ripening grape vineyards is the height above sea level. Vineyard Tupungato, owned by Tamari, located at the optimum height 900-1100 meters above sea level. Bright sunny days, warm, dry climate, significant differences of day and night temperatures and westerly winds from the Andes contribute to the expansion of the growing season of ripening grapes. Berries acquire rich, complex flavor and juicy, concentrated, fruity, with good acidity and freshness. The soils of the region are ideal for viticulture - rocky, sandy, with a small amount of organic matter, they force the vines to produce limited yields, but very high quality. Always warm and dry weather during the grape harvest allows you to collect berries in full compliance with their ripeness. Grapes has reached full maturity, tear by hand. Fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 24 ° C. Wine is aged in oak barrels for 3 months. Wine Tamari, Malbec - expressive, flavorful, well-balanced, with ripe fruit tones, fully expresses the unique character of its origin.
Producer's description
