Take it to the Grave, Pinot Noir is a red dry wine made from Pinot Noir grape variety. Grapes are harvested from several vineyard sites located on the hills of Adelaide. Harvesting is carried out at the time of optimal ripeness of berries, after which it is sent to the winery and is subjected to vinification. Fermentation is carried out in open tanks at controlled temperature. Some of the wine ripens in stainless steel containers, and some - in French oak barrels.
The company "Take it to the Grave" was founded by Australian winemakers Nicholas Crumpton and Corey Ryan. Its name from English translates as "Take it to the grave." The goal of winemakers was to combine their knowledge and experience to create unique wines that best express terroir terrain on which grows grapes. For the company's wines, a corresponding label design was developed - each bottle is decorated with a skeleton playing a musical instrument.
