More than 750 recipes were developed for the production of cognacs under the Stary Krym brand, until the ideal one was found, more than 1000 tastings - until the final blend for each item from the Stary Krym assortment was selected. The line is produced at the enterprise JSC "Starokrymsky".
"Stary Krym" 6 years old - cognac made from cognac spirits of the highest quality of different aging years, but not less than 6 years. For the production of cognac distillates, grapes are used, harvested from old vines, which are grown in the company's own vineyards with various terroir characteristics. The vineyards are located in the three main wine-growing regions of Crimea: Bakhchisarai, Stary Krym, Novy Svet and Koktebel. This terroir richness allows for a complex, multifaceted taste and rich aroma.
