The grapes for wine making Speri, Ripasso is grown on the estate Speri, located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico, in the municipalities of San Pietro in Karia, Fumane and Negrar at an altitude of between 120 and 350 meters above sea level. A family history of the region Speri Valpolicella originates 7 generations ago, in the first half of the XIX century, with only a few hectares of land. Today, the family owns Spur 60 hectares of vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico region and produces about 350,000 bottles of wine per year. For the production of wine grapes used only with its own vineyards, all stages of production, from the cultivation of grapes and ending with bottling, carried out in-house.
