Name of whiskey - DYC - comes from the name of the distillery - Destilerias Y Crianza del Whisky, open in 1959. It is located in the town of Palazuelos de Eresma in the province of Segovia, in the region of Castile and Leon, to the north-west of Madrid. The plant produces 20 million liters of alcohol per year. Whiskey under the brand name "DYC" very popular not only at home but also in other European countries by the abolition of "price-quality" and democratic character.
