Alluvial, rocky soils, where the vineyards grow Sobaya Sauvignon, as well as a special microclimate Friuli contributed to the original bouquet inherent in this wine, which traced the delicate flavors of green pepper and melon on the palate and felt mineral notes.
To preserve the freshness of the wine in the production process used cold maceration (on arrival at the winery berries constantly cooled by dry ice), and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
