"Kaapse Vonkel" Brut Rose - dry sparkling rose wine, created by the traditional method of production in South Africa, sparkling wines, called methods Cap Classic (Methode Cap Classique). First vintage "Kaapse Vonkel" Brut Rose was released in 2004 - that's when the winemaker Johan Malan created an innovative blend of three grape varieties: Pinotage, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. For the first time in the world to blend were combined South African and two classic French grape varieties used for making wine in Champagne. As a result of the harmonious blending into the light born juicy pink wine with a fruity aroma and delicate, smooth, silky taste. Harvesting is done by hand in the second half of January to mid-February, with careful sorting and removal of damaged berries. The collected berries are gently squeezed with special presses.
"Kaapse Vonkel" Brut Rose - delicious sparkling rose wine with a delicate taste, delicious mousse of bubbles and bright, pearly taste with a hint of red fruits and summer berries. This wine is sure to decorate a romantic dinner.
