Reviews of purchase Sierra Cantabria, "Protocolo" Bianco, Tierra de Castilla IGT
The wine is light yellow in color with a greenish tint.
The fresh, silky taste of the wine is revealed by accents of ripe fruits, notes of peach, apricot and pear, plant nuances that enhance the sound of playful sourness. The finish is persistent, delicate, with touches of minerals.
The wine has an intense aroma with accents of green apple, notes of peach framed by touches of fennel and elegant mineral nuances.
The wine goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, rice, seafood, white meat, soft cheeses. Can be served as an aperitif.
