Sparkling wine Schloss Maissau, Manhartsberg Brut, 2015
Reviews of purchase Schloss Maissau, Manhartsberg Brut, 2015
Wine sparkling golden color and thin pearl.
The tender, dry taste of sparkling wine has an average intensity, good balance and quite high acidity. A light bitterness of apricot kernels complements the hints of chalk and lemon in a fresh aftertaste.
In the aroma of sparkling wine, the shades of ripe yellow fruit make up a beautiful combination with notes of vanilla cream, woody bark, white peach and bun.
Wine is served to appetizers, fish dishes, smoked salmon.
