Interesting Facts
"Sauvignon de Talu" is a young dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which is grown in the company's vineyards in the Kuban, near the Black Sea coast. The closeness of the sea and coniferous forests, calcareous-marl soils, mild Mediterranean microclimate create ideal conditions for growing grapes. Harvested by hand when the berries reach optimum ripeness. The grapes are immediately transported to the winery, where they are subjected to strict selection and grading. The close distance of the vineyards from the winery avoids excessive oxidation of the berries. After soft pressing, the wort is fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Before bottling, the wine is stabilized and filtered. Wine can be served as an aperitif, as well as fish, seafood, tartare, vegetable salads, white meat and young cheeses.
