San Michele a Torri is an organic winery founded in 1992 in the heart of the Chianti region, 15 km from Florence. The company owns 370 hectares of land, of which 55 hectares are reserved for vineyards and 40 hectares are planted with olive trees. The current owner, Paolo Nocentini, personally developed innovative ways to grow various agricultural products and directed them to organic production of traditional Tuscan products, such as olive oil, honey, chickpeas, etc.
