Reviews of purchase San Michele-Appiano, "Sanct Valentin" Sauvignon, Alto Adige DOC, 2014
Wine of yellow-green color.
The taste of wine is soft, balanced, fresh acidity, smooth texture and elegant fullness.
The wine has a dense aroma with notes of yellow fruit, gooseberries, elderberries and ripe red currants.
The wine goes well with vegetable risotto or grilled fish, such as ocean perch.
