"Sanct Valentin" Pinot Grigio, 2011 - exclusive white wine made from the best Pinot Grigio vineyards in Alto Adige. Age of vines between 15 and 22 years. Especially the production of the drink is wine fermentation and aging in oak barrels. 1/3 wine fermented in new barriques, 2/3 - in previously used barrels for 11 months.
