Delightful "Sanct Valentin" Gewurztraminer and a bright, full-bodied taste with perfectly balanced acidity and unforgettable bouquet, which is dominated by warm tones of white fruits and spices. The wine is 100% created from the same grape variety, vine age is an average of 5-10 years. Due to the Cretaceous and loamy soils and Appiano Monte, Gewurztraminer berries are becoming unique to this terroir fine shades of nutmeg, clove and oriental spices. Grapes are carefully hand picked and immediately transported to the winery, where the berries are first macerated and then fermented in stainless steel vats. Wine is aged on the lees for 6 months. It is this technology allows you to save a rich palette of natural flavors and aroma of grapes.
Thanks to the good balance of the wine has the potential storage and may continue to evolve in the bottle for 5-6 years.
