Elegant Pinot Grigio has a refined taste with well balanced acidity and a fresh, pleasant aroma with dominant notes of pear. The wine is created from selected Pinot Grigio grown on the gentle slopes of Appiano and Caldaro, calcareous soils that give wine and fresh fruit flavors. Grapes are carefully hand picked and immediately transported to the winery, where part of the crop goes classical fermentation in stainless steel tanks and the other part is subjected to malolactic fermentation. This technology allows one hand to preserve the natural flavors of the grapes, the other - to create a wine with a soft, rounded and complex flavor.
