Reviews of purchase San Michele-Appiano, Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige DOC, 2012
The wine is light straw in color with copper hues.
The wine has an elegant, refined, dry taste with well-balanced acidity, fruit and floral tones and a refreshing long finish with a slight bitterness.
Fresh aroma of the wine is woven from fruit tones, dominated by shades of pear, complemented by nuances of almonds, flowers and yeast.
The wine is perfectly suitable as an aperitif, complements fish dishes, lobster, crab and white meat in cream sauce.
