Reviews of purchase San Michele-Appiano, "Anger" Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige DOC, 2011
The wine is light yellow color with greenish reflections.
The wine has a refined taste with a light, fine acidity and creamy texture. The bouquet reveals tones of citrus and white fruit, which adds a touch of minerals, developing in the aftertaste.
Delicate aroma of the wine reveals notes of ripe pear, green apple and lemon peel, to which are added shades of minerals.
The wine is perfectly suitable as an aperitif, complements fish dishes, lobster, crab and white meat in cream sauce.
