Energetic red wine "Cinque Querce" Riserva is produced from Aglianico grapes grown in Campania at the height of 550-620 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 11 years. Harvesting takes place in late October-early November, exclusively by hand. Before maceration, which takes place on the lees, grape pulp is separated in half, placing the part in wooden barrels, and some - in steel tanks.
