Wine rich ruby color with brick rim.
Soft, rounded, pleasant taste wines average power demonstrates excellent silky tannins, well balanced acidity and nuances of chocolate, mocha and spice. The aftertaste is long, velvety.
Slim, elegant aroma of the wine combines notes of dark cherry, plum, shades of Provence herbs and spices.
The wine goes well with red meat, stew beef, lamb, steaks, cheeses.

Producer's description
In 1971, Robert becomes a stone cottage dating from 1850 and the surrounding 5 acres of land in the village Krondorf, in the heart of the Barossa Valley. When in the 1970s, other wineries began to improve and upgrade equipment, Robert restored historic winemaking machinery and began to produce wines using traditional equipment and technology. Before the foundation of the economy Rockford Wines Mr. O'Callaghan for 20 years he worked at various wineries Barossa, which allowed him to develop his own unique style, continue the tradition of Australian wine, as well as to acquire faithful companions and friends.
