Tasting Notes
Wine of deep ruby red color.
The wine has a dry but not too tart taste, balanced and strong, with a long aftertaste.
The wine has an elegant, rounded aroma with notes of cinnamon and walnuts, which are mixed with mature, slightly bitter notes of cherry.
Wine perfectly complements dishes of stewed meat or fish well with thinly sliced meat slices, lamb and middle-cheese.
