Tasting Notes
Wine golden-yellow color with a greenish tint.
Complex, not aged in oak with a beautiful structure and a light mineral tint white wine. In the long aftertaste very gently reveals citrus notes.
The wine has an attractive and strong aroma with subtle notes of apricots, apples and peaches, which are complemented by floral trail and characteristic aroma of the drink tar.
The wine is ideal with fish delicacies, poultry, pork and veal, seafood, sushi, marinated and fried mushrooms.

Wine Riesling "Cuvee Frederic Emile" is made, not every year, but only in those years when the harvest is good enough for the production of this extraordinary drink. "Cuvee Frederic Emile" has great potential exposure: for the full maturation of the blame must be 3-5 years, after which it is aging at least 15 years of age. Wine named after one of the great ancestors of the family Frederic Emile Trimbaka. Riesling Cuvee Frederic Emile appreciated worldwide for its high class and excellent quality. In 2005 Riesling Cuvee Frederic Emile in 2000 by the magazine The Wine Enthusiast was the best wine of the year.
Riesling is considered to be the King of Alsace and with Chardonnay 2 is the most interesting in the world of white grape varieties.
The grapes are harvested as late as possible when it reaches its maximum maturity that gives the wine finesse and fruit flavors. Collection is performed manually, after which the grapes are placed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control within 2-3 weeks. Storage capacity of this wine is at least 13 years old.
Trimbach - the most prestigious wine producer in Alsace. This farm has existed since 1626.
