Reviews of purchase Riecine, "La Gioia", Toscana IGT, 2006
Wine rich garnet color.
Excellent rich spicy wine has a deep fruit flavors with soft tannins and a long, velvety finish.
Spicy, ripe and dense enough flavor of the wine reveals notes of wild berries, cocoa and wood notes.
The wine goes well with meat dishes, grilled, roasted meats, as well as barbecue.
Supertuscan fine red wine "La Gioia" (in Italian - "joy") has a delicious spicy taste with soft tannins. For its production of grapes are harvested from areas with different soil types, to add the complexity of taste. Prolonged exposure in new and used oak barrels allows for softness on the palate and velvety tannins.
