Dry white wine "Reserve de Pierre", Cotes du Rhone AOP Blanc is created from a blend of varieties Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Claret and Russan grown in the Rhone Valley. The berries are harvested when they reach optimum maturity. The wort is macerated at controlled temperature in steel tanks, and then incubated 6 months in stainless steel containers.
